Copic Multiliner SP Fineliner Pens
Useful for a variety of different drawing tasks, the Copic Multiliner SP is a very versatile fineliner. With water-based ink, they are waterproof and lightfast, as well as being UV resistant and smudge proof. The Multiliner consists of an aluminium barrel, with a replaceable nib and cartridge, making it environmentally friendly.
With a range of 10 different Copic SP Nib sizes and 12 colours of SP Pen Refill, the Copic Fineliner Pen is adaptable and the nibs can be changed easily. Even though the ink is water-based, Multiliner Pens can be used for watercolour and pen and wash work, and will not bleed. Faber Castell Pitt Artists Pens
Available as single pens, as well as sets, Faber Castell Pitt Artist’s Pens come in 3 colours- Black, Sepia and Sanguine. Ideal for sketching and drawing, Pitt Pens have a range of 4 nib sizes (Superfine, Fine, Medium and Brush) to suit any purpose. Pitt Artists pens are lightfast and waterproof, which makes them perfect for watercolour work and calligraphy.
Pilot Fineliner Pens
Pilot Drawing Pens are a fast-drying, pigment based Fineliner Pens. With 5 nib sizes, these fineliners have a durable plastic nib, which makes them easy to use and long-lasting. Resistant to water when dry, the Pilot DR Drawing pen is a great choice for illustration and technical drawing, as well as pen and wash work.
Also made by Pilot, the G-Tech C4 range comes in 10 attractive colours, and has a 0.4mm tip which produces a 0.2mm line. As this pen is a rollerball, the ink flows smoother than some conventional Fineliner Pens, and is therefore more suitable to writing tasks as well as for drawing. These pens are ideal for anyone who wants to add some colour to writing or drawing, and are also great for scrapbooking and card-making.
Both the Pilot V5 Hi Tecpoint and the V7 Hi Tecpoint are liquid-ink based needlepoint Fineliner Pens which offer smooth and skip-free flow. Available in 4 colours, they both have an airtight cap and an ink flow regulator to control the amount of ink used in each stroke. The V5 comes with a 0.5mm tip which produces a 0.3mm line, whereas the V7 comes with a 0.7mm tip which produces a 0.4mm line. Stabilo Point 88 Fineliner Pens
Stabilo produce a wide variety of stationery and art supplies and have done since 1855. Their Point 88 Fineliner Pens are a classic design, with a bright orange and white striped barrel and hexagonal shape, which is unique and known all over the world. Uniball Uni-PIN Fineliner Pens
Uniball UNI-PIN Fineliner Pens are black pigment-based pens which come in a range of 7 sizes. The nib is covered in a protective metal sheath to help to keep the nib at its best for longer. With smooth flowing ink which is light-resistant, this pen is great for work that will be displayed under exposure to light. Suitable for sketching, technical drawing and graphic design, these pens are sold in single sizes, as well as a range of sets.
