These NEW Schmincke Professional Liner Pens are empty pens that can be filled with any colour of acrylic ink. There are 4 empty pens available and they come in 3 different nib sizes to create outlines with different line widths:
Liner 1 – Line width 0.8mm, fine bullet tip, fill with 3ml of Acrylic Ink,
Liner 2 – Line width 1.0mm, bullet tip, fill with 4.5ml of Acrylic Ink,
Liner 3 – Line width 2.0mm - 6.0mm, chisel tip, fill with 4.5ml of Acrylic Ink,
Liner 4 – Line width 1.0mm, bullet tip, fill with 2.0ml of Acrylic Ink.
The refillable pens are transparent so that you can easily identify the colour that you have fillled it with and you can see the ink level.
Fill these empty AERO COLOR Liners up with your own unique shade of acrylic ink! Schmincke recommend that you use one liner for one colour and mix colours before filling up the pen.
APPLICATION: To fill up the empty liner, open the cap and remove the valve. Using a pipette, carefully fill up the barrel no more than 2/3 of the way. Put the valve back in place, screw the cap on tightly and shake the pen. To activate the flow of the ink through the pen, carefully press the nib down repeatedly.
