Pebeo Gedeo Bio-Based Crystal Resin is an ultra-transparent, glossy liquid that can be poured over mixed media art to create a professional finish. It dries hard, without bubbles and creates a protective clear layer.
You can use this Pebeo Crystal Resin to cast objects up to 2cm thick and it can be used in moulds or on flat surfaces, rimmed supports, inlays or as a varnish.
Crystal Resin can be used on most surfaces including metal, painted wood, canvas, silicone and plastic. It takes approximately 12 hours to touch dry (depending on thickness applied) and 24 hours to fully set.
It is a two-component epoxy resin. To use the Resin, mix 1 part Crystal B hardener to 2 parts Crystal A resin. You must be very accurate, or it will not set properly.
This Pebeo Crystal Resin is a 50% bio-based resin, which means that it is safer and more environmentally friendly.
Available in 150ml, 300ml & 750ml & larger sizes in a Pro Resin.
