Standard Delivery - £4.95 & Free on Orders Over £50*
Normal Standard Delivery - Your goods should reach you within 3 working days if the items are in stock. You will be notified of any delays if an item you have ordered is out of stock. Over-sized items (Studio Easels & Large Canvases) are only available on a Standard Delivery Service. *Free Delivery on Orders over £50 is for UK MAINLAND ONLY.
Express Delivery - £6.95 (UK Mainland Only) Only available on in-stock items
Your goods should reach you within 1 - 2 working days provided the order reaches us by 12.00pm the day before. This express service only applies to orders being made between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 12.00pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and reach you on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and reach you Tuesday or Wednesday. This service is not available on items that are out of stock or over-sized (e.g. Studio Easels & Large Canvases). The following postcodes: AB30 - 31, AB33 - 38, AB41 - 45, AB51 - 56, AB63, DD8 - 10, FK8 3, FK17 - 21, PH10 - 11, PH13 - 14 & TD15 2 may take 2-3 working days with this delivery option.

Northern Ireland - postcodes BT.
The Channel Islands - postcodes JE, GY (VAT will automatically be deducted for the Channel Islands at the Checkout when entering your delivery details and selecting UK Channel Islands).
Standard Delivery - Prices From £4.95
The cost of delivery for these regions depend on the size and weight of your total order. This is calculated automatically at the Checkout once you have entered your delivery destination.
Items that come to a maximum packed weight of 2kg and are no larger than 600 x 400 x 400mm in dimensions will cost £4.95 for delivery (sent via Royal Mail).
For heavier and larger parcels and for solvent-based products and aerosols, your order will need to be shipped through our courier, DPD. Delivery costs depend on your location. Please see the table below for delivery costs:

Your goods should reach you within 5 working days of your order being placed.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. You, the customer, will be responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address leading to the failure of delivery and may be charged for re-delivery.
All goods that go on a signed for service must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Shipping costs are inclusive of VAT (except Channel Islands).
If ordering from the Channel Islands VAT will be automatically deducted from the price of that product.
Any solvent based products and aerosol cans will have to be sent by special carrier to mainland UK destinations that are reachable by road only and may take up to 5 working days.
Goods may be delivered by our carrier at anytime between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

RETURNS INFORMATION
Returns Policy
Pullingers will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:
- We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, you may cancel the contract for its purchase by contacting sales@pullingers.com specifying the reason that the item is being returned, within 14 days of receiving the items. You will then be issued with a returns number. You should then return the relevant item to us in secure packaging to Pullingers, 18 High Street, Epsom, Surrey KT19 8AH, UK.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute or you wish to return the whole complete order within 14 days of receiving it. The item should be returned to us unused within 14 days of agreeing to return the item. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.
- When we receive the returned item, we will refund the price paid by you for that item within 14 days or at your request, if the item is defective, we will repair the item or supply you with a replacement. We will give a full refund including the initial delivery charge if unwanted goods are returned within 14 days.
