With a square-cut nib, these pens work best when used at a slight angle to produce the desired effect .We recommend using these Berol Italic Pens on smooth surface drawing paper or marker paper, as the water-based black ink will not bleed and the nibs will not fray as easily.

There are 2 sizes of nibs available:

Fine Nib (F) - 1.5mm width
Medium Nib (M) - 2mm width
