Van Gogh Oil Pastels are made by Royal Talens who have been manufacturing high-quality art materials since 1899. Originating from Holland, Royal Talens have been respectful of the traditions of art materials for over 115 years, and produce a wide range of art materials to suit all skill levels.
Van Gogh Oil Pastels are soft, workable oil pastels that are available in a range of 60 beautifully rich colours. They are ideal for blending, both with your fingers or paper stumps as well as with solvents, and can be fixed in place after use using specialised fixative sprays. Their outstanding ability to deposit colour makes them pleasurable to use, as well as fantastic value for money.
Suitable for use on cardboard and wood, but best suited to Oil Pastel Paper, Van Gogh Oil Pastels contain a mixture of mineral oils, waxes and pigments and are ideal for students and beginners as well as those who have used oil pastels previously. Also available in sets of 12, 24 and the complete range of 60 colours.
