Golden Acrylic Gessos are semi absorbant primers formulated for the use of acrylics on any commonly used painting surface. They are flexible and can be applied in thin layers to conform to a variey to textured surfaces without cracking. An excellent primer for both oils and acrylics.
For oil painting over acrylic gesso, it is recommended that at least three layers of gesso is applied. Golden Gesso can be mixed with Golden Acrylics to produce a range of coloured grounds.
These Golden Gessos are available in White & Black and have a semi matt finish.
