Winsor & Newton Winton Round Hog Brushes are made from the finest chinese hog.  The smaller sized round brushes in the range are indispensable for detail lines and highlights.

Many artists prefer the linear mark of the larger round brushes compared to the flat mark of Short Flat brushes.

Winton Round Hog Brushes are handset into seamless, corrosion resistant ferrules, using the natural curve of the bristle to produce a resilient brush that will retain its 'turned-in' shape even after heavy use, allowing the artist more control and accuracy, whether painting with oils, alkyds or acrylics.

The solid wood handles of a Winsor & Newton Winton Hog brush are stained to give an attractive grained wood effect with four coats of lacquer to serve as protection and to produce the smoothest possible finish.
