Aluminium Brush Washer

This popular Aluminium Brush Washer is designed mainly for cleaning brushes used in oil painting. The overhead metal coil spring is made to suspend brushes by their handles over the base which holds a cleaning fluid, such as white spirit.

There is also a mesh at the bottom that dislodges any thick paint from the brush. As the coil holds the brush, it stops the end of the brush from hitting the bottom of the container which will retain the shape of the brush and protect the bristles.
