Each pencil has a 4.3mm lead that can be sharpened to a beautifully fine point using a pastel pencil sharpener, making these pencils not only great for large areas, but for finer details too. These blendable colours can be smudged using a finger or a paper stump to transition one colour into another successfully and with ease. As these pastel pencils are very soft, a spray fixative should be used to secure the picture after completion, to help keep your artwork looking exactly as you want it.
