New to the market, Pebeo Paint Markers are a permanent oil based Paint Pen with a glossy finish. These Paint Pens will give you a solid black colour with no pen strokes and are quick drying. They can be thinned with mineral spirits to produces glazes and re-worked to produce shading, making them a popular choice with artists and designers.
