This Schmincke Artists Soft Pastel Starter Set contains 10 pastels in a cardboard box that is foam lined to protect the pastels. Schmnicke Pastels are very soft and highly pigmented so are ideal for laying down high amounts of colour onto pastel paper. This makes them perfect for blending and experimenting with colour layering.
