These highlighter pens have a water-based ink and a thick 4mm chisel nib for quickly highlighting text. You can also use them on the point of the nib to produce a smaller 1mm line for underlining keywords.

The pen is slim and fits into a pencil case easily. They can be left uncapped for up to 4 hours, so you don't need to worry about it drying out.
