Cobra Water Mixable Oil Paint is a genuine oil paint that has been specially formulated to work with water rather than solvents. There are 70 colours in the range, all of artists' quality and made by Royal Talens.

After drying, this water mixable oil paint looks the same as traditional oil paints.  Cobra Oil Paints have the highest degree of lightfastness and when dried, they are waterproof.

The advantage of these oils is that messy, strong odour solvents are no longer required and you can simply thin this paint with water. This makes them a great choice for any travelling artist.

When working with pure Cobra paint straight out of the tube, we recommend that you use a brush with a firm hair type or a palette knife for thicker paint applications. Simply clean brushes after use with soap and water.

All Cobra Oil Paints can be intermixed with one another. Available in a 40ml Tube.
