Derwent Graphite XL Blocks 6 Tin

Set of 6 Derwent Smooth Graphite XL Blocks. Comes in a range of degrees from hard to very soft and onyx dark. They are great for creating bold and broad markings, and can also be broken up, grated or cut to discover different textures and effects. The edges of the blocks can be used to add fine lines and details.

The blocks are water soluble so wet painting techniques can also be used with them such as splattering or translucent washes.

Each block contains a high volume of formula, equal to 8 pencils. Each rectangular block measures 60 x 20 x 20mm each.

This set contains 6 Smooth Graphite XL Blocks: Hard, Medium, Soft, Very Soft, Dark, Onyx Medium and Onyx Dark.
